Welcome, Allie!

I hope to post more about this later, including pictures, but I have to share Neil and my good news. Yesterday, we brought home a wonderful kitten who we have decided to call Allie/Alex. He is just three months old and is incredibly sweet and affectionate. (That, I should note, is an example of breaking stereotypes.) We adopted him from a local shelter, where he seems to have picked up a bit of a cold which is thankfully improving. I'm very busy with getting him settled, so I may not write another autism advocacy-related post until later this week. Pictures forthcoming.
